From the very first consultation, Nazzarena Arman encourages the bride and groom to be actively involved in the creative process.

After a venue is selected, the visual artist develops an original overall theme. Once approved, he carries this theme through further into all aspects of the wedding celebrations: stationery, fashion-design, jewellery, floral arrangements, gifts, wedding cake decoration, etc. Site-specific works of art can be commissioned to mark the occasion.

Nazzarena Arman takes care of the relevant legal paperwork, as well as the guest list and accommodation arrangements. Should a show be required on the day, she herself oversees everything, from its planning to the actual performance. She also meets the photographers, performers and musicians in person to ensure that their repertoire is to her clients’ specifications.

She meets the owner of the venue, the chef and the director of the catering company on the actual site to examine logistics and further develop the project to include food and wine, scheduling and risk assessment. As a result, the bride and groom are never short of at least one back-up plan.
